Seasons of Quiet

Oh, this title could be misleading... I can see how to some it could mean a season of less chaos, more quiet surroundings, and enjoying a slower pace of life. I know this type of quiet season will come too, but the season of quiet I am referring to is a season of allowing ourselves to pull back. Maybe it is pulling back from social stuff. Or maybe it is pulling back from volunteering. Or maybe it is allowing ourselves the freedom to say no an extra task. Or maybe it is making your close circle a little smaller. No matter what may cause a season of quiet for any of us, know that you are not alone. I am in a little season of quiet here in the blog world. In stolen moments I am still jotting down so many little snippets to share with you… one day. But, most importantly I want you to know I am still thinking about you. Even though I am in a season of quiet, and there is less pen to page, you still matter. What you are going through is still relatable and hard. You are still valued as a friend, even if in my season of quiet my effort or time does not show as it well. Thank you for sticking with me & may you know that even if I am not as near as I once was, you are still near to my heart.
